The space

Fenton House has been totally renovated to a modern 4 bedroom holiday home that accepts pets.

There is a large living room with 3 comfy sofas where you can curl up and watch TV. The spacious kitchen has been designed with a sleek and modern feel - it even has a drinks trolley, with cocktail shaker and cocktail recipe books.

The dining room table can be extend to sit 8 people and there's patio doors into the back garden.

Upstairs, there's 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double sized beds both bedrooms with ensuites. One bedroom has a king size bed and the last bedroom has 2 single beds. There's also a family bathroom and a downstairs toilet & sink.

Outside there is parking to the back of the house via a roller shutter door. There is garden furniture and a couple of steps down to the back door. The back outdoor area is enclosed when the roller shutter doors are down.

 

Guest access

Interaction with guests: We like to give our guests a relaxing stay, there is a key lock safe to access the property with your own private entrance.
We have an office in Well Street, Porthcawl and you are welcome to pop in or you can contact us via the telephone or text message.

Other things to note

Situated a short min 5 walk from the town center for local eateries, independent shops and a stroll along the promenade.

There is a welcome pack included with some essentials from local shops like milk, tea, coffee, Welsh cakes. There is also luxury hand wash on all the sinks, as well as dishwasher tablets and cleaning products in the utility room.
Brunch boxes are available to order direct.
No smoking in the property. No candles.
Pets welcome but please note they are not allowed upstairs or on the furniture.
We kindly ask that you take the bins/recycling out at the end of your stay.
We ask our guests for a £300 security deposit, pre-authorised against your credit card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no damage.

We act as an agent of the owner of the property and when you book this property you will be entering into a contract with the owner of the property, and we have no further liability to you.

Great location, smart, modern decor and spotlessly clean!

The house was fantastic! great location, within walking distance of the beach and the town. the decor was very modern and the house had absolutely everything you could possibly need for a family holiday.
