This 4 bedroom self catering home is ideally located near Coney Beach, the fun fair and eateries.

For guests and surfers Coney Beach and Coney Beach Pleasure Park is just a 6 min walk and Rest Bay beach is located at the other end of the promenade. There’s two play parks a short walk away and a large range of excellent takeaways just down the road.

The space

This spacious 4 bedroom holiday home, accepts pets and is in a great location for the seaside town of Porthcawl.

There is a large living room with two sofas to watch TV and at the opposite end of the room is another sofa that converts in to a sofa bed.

The dining room has a wooden table that extends to sit 8 people and leads through to the kitchen. The back door opens into the parking area and courtyard.

Upstairs you have 4 bedrooms, the back bedroom with a double bed, middle bedroom with a small double bed, master bedroom with wardrobe and dressing table, and a single bed to the front of the property. There is one bathroom with bath and over head shower.

On the top floor there is a chill out zone with a sofa, bean bags and bar football so you can chill out after a hard day at the beach!

Interaction with guests: We like to give our guests a relaxing stay, there is a key lock safe to access the property with your own private entrance.

We have an office in Well Street, Porthcawl and you are welcome to pop in or you can contact us via the telephone or text message.
